AUTOMATION

ROBOT/AUTOMATION TECHNICIAN
Responsible for PLC programming and set-up of 3-axis Fannuc and Adept robots. Will require troubleshooting and maintenance of custom assembly equipment, automated work cells and vision systems.  Will be responsible for the automation of processes and systems.  Mechanical, pneumatic and electrical skills is essential. Previous experience in an injection molding environment preferred but not required. 

PRODUCTION/ASSEMBLY

LEAD OPERATOR/LINE LEAD (JOB NUMBER: A5013)
Ability to lift 50 pounds.  Must have leadership skills.

OPERATORS/ASSEMBLY (JOB NUMBER: A5014)
Ability to lift 50 pounds.

 

QA (Quality Assurance)

QUALITY SUPERVISOR
Supervises and coordinates the work of Quality Assurance Inspectors at SMC-Amery. Prepares work schedules, assigns work, and oversees the work product. Coordinates MRB, Customer Complaint/RMA, and CAPA systems. Ensures conformance of employees to company policies, work instructions, and quality standards. Strong communication, organizational, and technical skills are required; Statistical Process Control, ISO 9001, and ISO 13485 knowledge preferred.

 

SAFETY

SAFETY DIRECTOR
Directs an organization's safety programs. Develops, implements, and manages safety programs, policies, and procedures. Must be aware of federal, state and local safety laws to ensure the organization complies with all current safety regulations. Responsible for maintenance of safety/ accident records. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures to include Blood Bourne Pathogens, Lock Out Tag Out, ROHAS and REACH.  Will work towards the company’s “Green” initiative.   Minimum of 5 years experience and preferring a background in manufacturing.  Will interface with all WI facilities to ensure compliance.

 

TECHNICAL

PROCESS ENGINEER (JOB NUMBER: A5002)
Provide support and leadership in development of injection molding processes and tools.  5 years mold development experience; strong processing and materials background required.

CYCLE TECHNICIAN (Nights) (JOB NUMBER: A5003)
Experience with injection molding machines to include establishing cycle times, tonnages, temperatures, knowledge of engineering grade resins and production troubleshooting.  HS diploma.

SET UP (D CREW) (JOB NUMBER: A5004)
Experience in production troubleshooting, able to understand molding process development.  Remove molds and auxiliary equipment from molding machines; set up next mold; fit pipes/hydraulic lines if needed.

MATERIAL HANDLER
Material, plastics, and production experience preferred. Forklift operator license. Able to lift 50 pounds.

 

TOOL ROOM

MOLD CLEANER
Maintain and clean molds.
