AUTOMATION

ROBOT/AUTOMATION TECHNICIAN (Mon-Thurs 2:00 p.m. – 12:30 a.m., Sat/Sun/Mon 5:00AM-5:00 p.m.) – Responsible for PLC programming and set-up of 3-axis Fanuc and Adept robots. Will require troubleshooting and maintenance of custom assembly equipment, automated work cells and vision systems. Will be responsible for the automation of processes and systems. Mechanical, pneumatic and electrical skills is essential. Previous experience in an injection molding environment preferred but not required.

FOCUS FACTORY

LINE SUPERVISOR – Hands on supervision role. Supervise shift employees in a manufacturing and assembly environment: plan and assign work, implement policies and procedures and recommend improvements in production methods, equipment, operating procedures and working conditions. Responsible for quality, efficiency, cost structure of the group's output.

PROJECT MANAGER – Oversee design and development of processes for new product development. Lead cross function internal project management team, involved from project conception, equipment specifications, quotations, through full scope of project management.

WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR – Assist in warehouse functions consisting of order pulling, packaging, shipping, receiving and material handling. Forklift experience preferred. Good written and oral communication skills. Good counting and mathematic skills. Computer skills required. Ability to lift 50 pounds. High School diploma or GED.

MAINTENANCE

MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN (12 hour Night Crew)  – Hands on equipment troubleshooting position. Responsible for the improved operational uptime of the facility and systems through an expanded PM program. Electrical and hydraulic training/education or equivalent required. Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience required, injection molding machine experience desired. Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills with ability to read blueprints required. Strong background in hydraulics, pneumatics, commercial electrical and robotics required. Knowledge of OSHA regulations. Troubleshoot/problem solve and repair equipment as needed. Install and hook up new equipment as needed. Maintain ad enhance existing PM program. Conduct and record high level equipment calibration. Responsible for compliance with lockout-tag-out OSHA requirements.

MANUFACTURING ENGINEERING

MANUFACTURING ENGINEER  – Provide technical support to production by analysis and implementation of optimal, cost-effective manufacturing processes and methods in accordance with specification and quality standards. recommend and implement improvements to production processes, methods, and controls. Manage projects from concept through manufacturing launch for new or revised projects. Must have experience in a production environment. Degree preferred.

PACKAGING ENGINEER  – Develop and implement optimal, cost-effective packaging configurations and methods in accordance with product specification and quality standards. Recommend and implement improvements to existing packaging, methods and controls for medical devices including components, assemblies, and full devices. Some but not all components will have sterilization requirements.

PRODUCTION

CYCLE TECHNICIAN (12 hour night crew and 12 hour day crew)  – Experience with injection molding machines to include establishing cycle times tonnages, temperature, knowledge of engineering grade resins and production troubleshooting. High School diploma.

SET-UP TECHNICIAN (12 hour Night Crew)  – Experience in production troubleshooting, able to understand molding process development. Remove molds and auxiliary equipment from molding machines; set-up next mold; fit pipes/hydraulic lines if needed.

QUALITY

QUALITY ENGINEER  – This position's responsibilities are to develop programs in conjunction with new Product Development and a specific Customer. This position's duties include defining and developing Protocols, analyzing data, scheduling first article work, print reviews, customer contact, F.E.M.A's, development of visual requirements of product, creation of gages for inspection, creation of effective work instructions for the successful manufacture of product or assemblies and working side by side with the sampling process to ensure stability in our manufacturing process. Internal customers are primarily Production and Engineering, external customers are generally the specific customer or vendors of supplied goods.

TOOLROOM

CNC/TOOL ROOM MACHINIST (Mon-Fri 5:00 p.m. – 1:30 a.m.)  – Will be responsible for multiple set-ups daily to machine individual to 10pc component orders. Will be trained to perform mold repairs in addition to machining mold and fixturing components. Minimum 5 years experience with hands on tooling/machining or trade school certificate/diploma for writing CNC programs and set-up. Requires excellent knowledge of Solidworks and/or Mastercam. Must have the ability to multi-task, prioritize work and be detail oriented.
