PRODUCTION
SENIOR PROCESS ENGINEER — Performs routine startups for injection molding machines using existing Process Control Sheets and submits first piece samples to QC for approval. Conducts mold qualification and validations on new molds using various experiments including gate freeze and DOE's. Bachelor's degree in Engineering with emphasis on Polymers. Knowledge in DoE software, RJG and PLC systems is a plus. |
